Italian Parsley, also known as flat leaf parsley, has a slightly peppery flavor and beautiful dark green color. More flavorful than its sibling curly parsley, Italian parsley can be used to garnish as well as add depth to a wide variety of dishes. Choose Italian parsley that is bright green and shows no signs of yellowing or wilting. Wash in cool water, shake of excess moisture, and wrap in paper towels. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
