Milk chocolate, which is enriched with milk powder, is primarily an eating chocolate. The average-sized bar has the equivalent of up to 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) of whole milk. The best quality is European milk chocolate. Store chocolate well wrapped in a cool, dry place for up to 4 months.
