This creamy dip, perfect for chips or crudite, relies on anchovy paste and onion for its fine flavor.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 pinch garlic powder
