This delicious baked artichoke dip is simple to make and always a success. Serve with bread, tortilla chips or crackers.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (18 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 8 ounces grated mozzarella
- 1 pinch garlic salt
Chop artichokes and mix together with all other ingredients.
Put in shallow pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, bread or crackers.
Goes well with the Gold-Star Daquiri.
