INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):


  • Mix the sugar, cinnamon, water, brandy, and butter in a nonstick skillet. Heat over medium until thoroughly melted. The mixture should not be grainy.
  • Add the bananas and coat them with the syrup. Serve immediately over frozen yogurt.
  • To serve as crepes, place some banana and some syrup in the crepes while still hot, roll the crepes, and serve topped with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt and a bit more syrup and banana. If the banana filling cools, the rolled crepes can be reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds on high prior to adding the frozen yogurt.
