Pick a cup of your favorite ripe berries and tumble them in a bowl with vinegar and sugar. Find some pretty bottles and pour your Berry Vinegar in. Best to let sit for a week or two to ripen. Perfect splashed on a bowl of fresh strawberries.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):


  • Combine vinegar, berries and sugar together in a medium glass mixing bowl. Mix gently and pour mixture into bottles. Cover tightly and store at room temperature.
