Bran and sesame seeds give a deep, nutty taste to this lightly honeyed bread machine loaf.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon powdered buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Select Basic Bread cycle.
