This is the easiest and best cheese ball. Don't be scared by the horseradish! I don't like it, but it tastes great in this recipe.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cooked corned beef
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, corned beef and horseradish using your hands. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for best flavor. Serve with crackers.
