Apple cider and a package of cherry flavored gelatin are combined to make this warm cinnamon-spiced drink. A wonderful wintertime treat, especially during the holidays. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and a curl of lemon rind.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):


  • BRING cider and cinnamon stick to a boil in a saucepan.
  • REDUCE heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Add gelatin; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Serve warm.
