The tang of seasoned sour cream makes this easy dish fine enough for company.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 cup crushed buttery round crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and white pepper. Spread mixture over chicken, then sprinkle all with cracker crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
