INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 7/8 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot chile oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the French Bread or White Bread setting, and then press Start.
