Chocolate Mint Brownies

Moist, minty brownies.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).
  • Cream together 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Stir in 1 cup flour and mix well. Pour in chocolate syrup.
  • Beat eggs and add to mixture. Stir in salt and vanilla.
  • Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.
  • To make topping: Melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and creme de menthe. Let cool slightly and spread over brownies
  • Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons of butter and pour over the top of the mint topping. Let brownies and toppings cool completely and cut into 2 inch squares.
