A very hot cocktail sauce with a touch of sweetness.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 16 ounces chile sauce
- 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 drops hot sauce
In a small bowl, blend the chili sauce, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
