Easy one bowl preparation for these bar cookies that combine flaked coconut, walnuts and raisins in a buttery bar cookie dough that have 41% less calories than the traditional recipe will make them a favorite.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):

PREPARATION:

  • Beat eggs and Equal® in medium bowl. Mix in butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture. Mix in coconut, nuts and raisins. Spread batter in lightly sprayed 8-inch square pan.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden. Cool completely on wire rack.
