This coffee liqueur will warm you and yours next to a fire during the winter season.
INGREDIENTS (for 9 servings):
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 fluid ounces vodka
PREPARATION:
Put white sugar, water, instant coffee, and vanilla extract in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
Put coffee mixture in fridge to cool. When cool, skim off scum and add vodka, stir and pour into bottles.
