White corn, green onions, hard cooked eggs, and a nice creamy dressing. That 's it. Great salad. But, if you use a bit less dressing, and add some leftover chicken or ham, it would make a great stuffing for pita bread.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 10 ounces white corn, drained
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
In a bowl, mix the corn, green onions and eggs. Add enough salad dressing to create a smooth creamy consistency. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
