A perfect crust to hold a smooth creamy, no-bake filling, this cornflake crust couldn 't be easier to make. Crushed cornflakes cereal, sugar and butter are stirred together, pressed into a 9-inch pie tin, and chilled.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal crumbs
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
PREPARATION:
Mix cornflakes, sugar, and butter or margarine together thoroughly. Press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Chill.
