INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):


  • In a medium bowl, toss together the crabmeat and oranges. Cover and chill.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, mayonnaise, whipped cream and sugar. Serve over the chilled crab mixture.
