Cranberry Oatmeal cookies

Cooking Recipes Catalogue

A crispy chewy cookie my mom used to make when I lived in Oregon. The new "craisins" or dried cranberries are divine in this.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Blend butter and sugar til fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Stir into butter mixture until well mixed. Stir in the oats. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
  • Place dollops on cookie sheet, and keep them spread apart (this cookie spreads). Bake until they fall back down (8 to 10 minutes). Cool and enjoy.
