In this uncooked relish, cranberries and orange are chopped in a food processor and allowed to macerate in the liqueur for several hours. Serve with turkey.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 12 ounces cranberries
- 1 orange with peel, chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
In a food processor or blender, combine the cranberries, orange and sugar. Blend until evenly chopped.
Stir in the liqueur and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
