Cream cheese imparts true richness to this appealing bread machine loaf. Although it is terrific as is, it also invites whatever additions tickle your fancy: chopped fruit, little chunks of chocolate, sweet nuts or whatever you prefer.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup cream cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the White Bread and Light crust settings.
