McCormick's® Gourmet Collection® Seafood Seasoning gives this Divine Crab Cake recipe an intriguing spice flavor and a hint of spice heat, but doesn't mask the delicate flavor of the crabmeat. Serve on crackers for Maryland style crab cakes.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 slices bread, crusts removed and broken into crumbs
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Seafood Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
Combine egg, bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and baking powder in a large bowl. Stir in crabmeat. Mix well; shape mixture into 8 one-half inch thick patties.
Broil for 10 minutes, without turning.
