Individual tarts made with a quick and easy chocolate-almond mousse.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 48 HERSHEY®'S KISSES® with Almonds Chocolates, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 single serve graham crusts
- 3 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces. Place 42 pieces in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave at HIGH 45 seconds; stir until melted. Cool to room temperature.
Beat whipping cream in small bowl until stiff; stir into cooled chocolate, stirring until well blended. Fill crusts. Refrigerate about 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with chopped almonds and chocolate pieces.
