Fresh fettuccine noodles are so delightful they need only to be quickly cooked and tossed with butter, Parmesan cheese and a dash of ground black pepper to make a scrumptious dish.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Stir in butter or margarine, and toss with grated cheese. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
