INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (18.1 ounce) package Gorton's® Original Battered Tenders
- 1 (6 ounce) package Canadian bacon
- 1 packet Hollandaise sauce mix
- 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins
Bake Tenders according to the directions on the package.
Prepare Hollandaise sauce as directed. Cook bacon as directed. Toast English muffins.
Place 1 piece of bacon and 2 tenders on English muffin and spoon Hollandaise on top. Serve immediately.
