INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1/4 cup Enova™ Brand Oil
- 3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 green onions, trimmed and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 18 ounces lean flank steak, trimmed of all visible fat
Combine Enova™ brand oil, soy sauce, honey, water, green onion and garlic in a large, resealable, plastic food-storage bag. Shake bag to combine. Add steak to bag and reseal, squeezing out air. Marinate refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
Remove steak from marinade. Transfer marinade to small saucepan; set aside. Panfry, grill or broil steak, turning once, until medium. While steak cooks, bring marinade to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Slice steak across the grain and serve with cooked marinade.
