Most folks think preparing barbeque means drenching some meat with some sauce out of a bottle while it's cooking, and squirting some more over it just before you serve it. I'm not one of those! This sauce is the result of quite a lot of experimentation
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup hickory flavored barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 fluid ounces bourbon
In a medium bowl, mix together hickory flavored barbeque sauce, spicy brown mustard, molasses and bourbon. Use on prepared meats as desired.
