Serve your favorite fresh fruit in this creamy vanilla and rum sauce. This is perfect for entertaining, because you make the sauce the night before.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 egg
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 fluid ounces BACARDI® Rum
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Fresh fruit
Mix egg, milk, BACARDI® Rum and vanilla in blender on a medium speed for several minutes.
Refrigerate overnight and then pour over fresh fruit.
Goes well with the Simple Strawberry Daiquiri.
