Saute garlic in rich olive oil and toss with hot pasta and freshly chopped parlsey, salt and pepper. A grating of Parmesan is all you need to finish this easy and satisfying supper for two.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):


  • In a large pot with boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  • In a small skillet over medium heat saute the garlic in olive oil.
  • Toss pasta with olive oil and garlic mixture. Add the parsley, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
