A simple spicy crab dip with crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and cocktail sauce. Topped with sliced almonds and baked to a bubbly golden brown. Great served with crackers or slices of warm sourdough bread for dipping.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 pound crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crabmeat, onion, mayonnaise, cocktail sauce and horseradish. Mix thoroughly.
Place mixture in a small casserole dish. Top mixture with sliced almonds. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly
