Green Bean Salad with Grilled Fillets

A vibrant low-fat green bean salad with red onion and cherry tomatoes, topped with Gorton's delicious grilled fillets.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):


  • Cook a package of Grilled Fillets according to instructions on package.
  • Blanch 1 pound of fresh green beans in water to desired crunch or cook frozen according to package directions.
  • Slice red onion and fresh basil into thin strips. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  • Combine blanched green beans, red onion, basil, and cherry tomatoes in bowl. Toss to coat with dressing and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Place salad in bowl and top with cooked Grilled Fillets.
