Change up pizza night by adding Grilled Fillets on top! Go spicy with Gorton's New Bolder Cajun or mild with Gorton's Italian Herb Grilled Fillets.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 3 Gorton's® Grilled Fillets (any flavor)
- 4 individual ready made pizza crusts
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 chopped small onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
Cook Gorton's Grilled Fillets per instructions on package. On stovetop, saute peppers and onions in oil until tender.
Cut Gorton's Grilled Fillets into sixths. Place 4-5 pieces of Gorton's Grilled Fillets onto each of the pizza crusts. Top each of the pizzas with the peppers and onion. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese on each pizza.
Place under broiler until cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
