INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):


  • Cook Gorton's Grilled Fillets according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, bring broth, vinegar, cornstarch and black pepper to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling, stirring frequently, 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • To serve, arrange hot rice on serving plates. Evenly top with vegetable mixture, then hot Grilled Fillets.
