Grilled Ham and Tomato Sandwiches

Chutney makes this ham-and-cheese sandwich a cut above the rest.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):


  • SPREAD chutney evenly over slices of bread. Top each of 4 bread slices evenly with tomato, 2 slices ham and 1 slice cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, chutney side down. Generously spray top and bottom bread slices with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.
  • GRILL sandwiches in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut in half.
