A classic salad topped with Gorton's New Grilled Salmon. Healthy and delicious! If you can't find Gorton's Grilled Salmon, substitute with Gorton's Grilled Fillets (any flavor).
INGREDIENTS (for 3 servings):
- 1 (6.3 ounce) package Gorton's® Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets
- 1 (9.9 ounce) package Caesar salad mix (lettuce, dressing, croutons, and cheese)
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 small yellow pepper, chopped
- Caesar salad dressing
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cook salmon fillets according to directions and cut each fillet into chunks. In a large bowl toss lettuce, Caesar dressing, salmon, peppers, and cheese. Serve immediately.
