Mmm! Enjoy a honey of a crunchy snack mix that goes together in a snap.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3 cups Honey Nut Chex® cereal
- 2 cups Cheerios® cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Bugles® original flavor snacks
- 1 cup pretzels
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter*
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- * Do not use spread or tub products
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix cereals, snacks and pretzels in large bowl; set aside.
Heat corn syrup, honey and margarine to boiling in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
Spread in ungreased 15 1/2-inch baking pan with sides.*
Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
*A rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, can be used instead. Bake 24 minutes, stirring after 12 minutes.

You can substitute 1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts for the pretzels in this recipe.
