Raisins and caraway seeds add character to the otherwise classic batter of this bread machine loaf.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 3 teaspoons caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2/3 cup raisins
Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit bread or basic bread setting. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
