All the work has really been done for you, since you begin with a store bought dressing, and just fancy it up. A bit of oregano, a smidgen of dried basil and minced onion. A teaspoon of sugar and you 're done.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 8 ounces olive oil vinaigrette dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
Whisk together the salad dressing, garlic, basil, oregano and sugar. Refrigerate for 24 hours and serve chilled.
