Chicken, sausage, and shrimp on rice.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):


  • Heat oil in an electric skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and saute until soft. Add tomatoes, chicken and sausage; stir together and season with garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in rice, pour in broth and add shrimp.
  • Cover electric skillet and cook at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.
