Lemon grass and ginger supply the perfect flavor for this refreshing sorbet. This recipe was developed by the McCormick Corporate Chefs for a luncheon given during the 45th National Chicken Cooking Contest held in Baltimore on May 30, 2003.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):


  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.
  • Strain and place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.
