A cooling drink made with mango and yogurt, Eastern Indian Lassi.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 mango - peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 sprigs fresh mint, garnish
In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, sugar, water and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
