Marzetti® Slaw Dressing makes this chocolate cake moist and flavorful.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Marzetti® Slaw Dressing
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, sift together flour, baking cocoa, sugar and baking soda. Then add vanilla, Marzetti Slaw Dressing and water. Makes a thin batter.
Bake 25 mins at 350 for layer cake; about 40 mins at 350 for loaf cake.
