A moist chocolate cake that fills a 9x13 inch pan.

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), 30-35 minutes or until done.
