A wonderful coffee treat with a kick. If you live in Newfoundland, you can use Screech instead of rum. Add a dollop of whipped cream if you like.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 fluid ounce dark rum
- 1 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur
- 8 fluid ounces hot brewed coffee
- 1/2 fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur
- 1 maraschino cherry
Measure rum and coffee liqueur into a coffee mug. Pour in hot coffee. Top with Irish cream, and garnish with a cherry.
