Down-home and yummy, this easy simmer of pork chops, potatoes and carrots in tomato soup, enlivened with a dash of Worcestershire sauce, is sweet simplicity itself.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 4 pork chops
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 potatoes, quartered
- 4 small carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
