INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
- 1 pound orange roughy fillets
Combine tomato, oil, Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning and thyme.
Spread mixture over fish fillets. Place fillets on preheated grill. Grill 10 minutes (do not turn fish) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
