A simple Parmesan and garlic topping is toasted until hot and bubbly in this tasty version of garlic bread made with SARA LEE® Soft & Smooth™ Whole Grain White Bread.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 12 slices SARA LEE® Soft & Smooth™ Whole Grain White Bread
Preheat the broiler.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to make a thick paste. Spread Parmesan mixture onto slices of bread, and arrange on a baking sheet.
Broil for 2 to 5 minutes, checking frequently, until toasted and bubbly.
