Simply combine vanilla pudding and creamy peanut butter, then spoon the mixture into a graham cracker crust. Mound with lots, and lots of freshly whipped cream, and chill before serving.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups whipped cream
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Mix in peanut butter until evenly distributed but not completely combined with pudding. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Top with whipped cream. Chill before serving.
