Peanuts are folded into the yummy filling, poured into a pastry shell and baked. It emerges, gooey, sweet and wonderful, reminiscent of a pecan pie. Serve this tasty treat with lots and lots of whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until light. Gradually add peanut butter, sugar, light and dark corn syrups, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in peanuts.
  • Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool before serving.
