Instant pistachio pudding mix is combined with whipped topping, miniature marshmallows, crushed pineapple, nuts, and sliced bananas in this salad which can be served with as dessert or with a ham dinner.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 bananas, sliced
PREPARATION:
Prepare the pudding according to package directions.
In a large bowl, fold together the pudding and whipped topping.
Add the marshmallows, pineapple with syrup, nuts and bananas. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
